If you ever make it to Belize (and you must), stay at Ignacio's purple beach cabins! Away from the crowds - private and CHEAP! They are on the island of Caye Caulker which has the best snorkeling EVER! You can call Reuben at (501)226-0175. They are super basic but once you add some sea shells, and candles you will never want to leave. Bring your own sheets though - theirs were a bit thread worn. Reuben will give you a deal on a bicycle if you stay a week. We have been there FOUR times and it is one of our favorite places in the world!
